Here is some very important information regarding our upcoming Youth Conference Trip:
Where: The
Departure: We will depart Crestwood Baptist Church on Sunday afternoon (8/1) after the morning service and travel to Springfield, TN to attend the evening service at South Haven Baptist Church and to sleep.
Conference: The Conference begins at 2:00pm on Monday (8/2) and ends on Thursday (8/5) approx. 5:00pm.
Cost: The cost will be $175.00 and will include all meals, lodging, tickets to 6-Flags+Water Park, gas, and registration fee. If you want souvenirs, extra snacks, drinks, etc., please bring extra money for that.
Return time: We will return on Friday (8/6) approx. 3:00PM.

Youth Conference
Rules and Guidelines
ATTIRE
• All Conference services should be church attire.
• Guys should wear nice slacks, shirt, and tie. No Jewelry.
• During activity times guys may wear jeans or casual pants. No shorts, please. Shirts and hats may not have inappropriate advertising.
• Girls should wear skirts or dresses that come below the knee.
• During activity times girls may wear CCA approved culottes and modest shirts.
• No pants, shorts, sleeveless dresses, or crop tops, please.
•Attire for swimming
• Guys and girls will be separate, but will need to be fully clothed.
• Girls will need a one-piece swim suit, dark culottes, and a dark shirt.
• Guys need knee-length shorts and a dark shirt. Guys will need to wear pants to and from the swim park.
• No metal brads, buttons, or zippers (for example: levi shorts.) They will not allow them on the water slides.
Delegates should bring the following:
• Bible
• Pen
• Toiletry Items
• Church Clothing
•Activity Clothing
•Extra Spending Money
• An Extra Bag for Swim Clothing
• A Pool Towel
Delegates should not bring
• Any Kind of Magazines
• Personal Music Systems
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Tobacco of any Form
• Video Games or Systems
• Weapons of any Kind
• Any Questionable Items
